Key parameters and performance indicators of UPS backup power supply

Leave a message

When choosing a UPS power supply, three core parameters need to be considered: capacity (e.g., 500VA), transfer time, and backup time. Capacity determines the total power of the equipment it can support and must be matched to load requirements. Transfer time reflects the interval between mains power interruption and backup power activation; a 0-millisecond design avoids equipment restarts. Backup time is determined by battery capacity and can be achieved by adding battery packs to meet emergency needs in different scenarios. Furthermore, the product features a black casing design, balancing heat dissipation and durability, and its optimized weight facilitates installation and deployment.

The rated output power of the UPS must be matched to the total power of the equipment; it is generally recommended to reserve 20%-30% redundancy. Additionally, parameters such as condition (e.g., brand new equipment), color (mostly standard black cabinet design), and whether OEM customization is supported can be flexibly selected based on the actual usage scenario.
